Information on Subscribing to the Scientist Category Listserv
All Scientist Officers are encouraged to
subscribe to the Category listserv (usphs-scientist@list.nih.gov).
The email listserv is the primary means the SciPAC uses to notify
Officers of upcoming SciPAC meetings, important announcements and
distribution of meeting minutes. The listserv is maintained by CDR
Francois Lalonde.
To subscribe to the listserv, please follow
the instructions below.

How do I subscribe to the Scientist Category list?
There are two ways to subscribe to a
LISTSERV list: via email, and via the Web.
To subscribe via email, address a message to LISTSERV@LIST.NIH.GOV
with the following text in the message body:
subscribe usphs-scientist your name
where "your name" is your name. (LISTSERV will get your e-mail
address from the "From:" address of your e-mail message.)
To subscribe via the Web, go to
list.nih.gov and find the usphs-scientist
list on the List of Lists, then click on the list name to go to the
main archive page for the list. Click Join or leave the list and
fill in the form.
How do I sign off of a LISTSERV list?
(Please unsubscribe your old
email address!)
To sign off, or unsubscribe, from the usphs-scientist list, send
e-mail to LISTSERV@LIST.NIH.GOV with the following text in the body
of the message:
unsubscribe usphs-scientist
How do I send mail to the usphs-scientist list?
To send mail, or "post," to a
list, address your e-mail message to:
usphs-scientist@list.nih.gov
